Driver Accommodation
Drivers are given accommodation at a rate of USD 50 per night inclusive of breakfast. They will be housed at Entebbe Palm Hotel (59 Circular Road).
Payment Policy
All payments must be paid in full prior to arrival. If no payment has been received 2 weeks in advance of your arrival, your booking will be released and your rooms made available.
Cancellation Fees
- 25% of booking total for notice 31 – 14 days prior to arrival
- 50% of booking total for notice 13 – 8 days prior to arrival
- 75% of booking total for notice 7 – 4 days prior to arrival
- 100% of booking total for notice 3 days or less prior to arrival
